Companies providing support services to EPZ enterprises from within a gazetted zone — but which are not themselves eligible for or do not require a full EPZ Enterprise Licence — may apply for an EPZ Business Service Permit from the Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA). Eligible activities include banking services, insurance, courier services, catering, and other business support functions serving EPZ enterprises.
The Business Service Permit is valid for one year and is not transferable. It does not carry the same full fiscal incentives as an EPZ Enterprise Licence.
