A Class F Work Permit is issued to foreign nationals who intend to engage in or manage a manufacturing enterprise in Kenya. It is distinct from the Class D (employment) permit in that it is oriented towards business ownership or management of a production facility, rather than formal employment. It is often used by foreign investors in light manufacturing, agro-processing, or industrial production who are directly involved in managing operations.
