2. Mackinnon Road Branch
Sharing the same building as the Head Office but operating as a distinct customer-facing unit, the Mackinnon Road Branch is located on the Ground Floor of Plot 16, Mackinnon Road, Nakasero. This branch handles day-to-day retail and SME banking transactions — account opening, deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and general customer service — for clients based in or visiting Kampala’s Nakasero business area, one of the city’s busiest commercial and administrative zones.
3. Kampala Road Branch
Situated at Greenland Towers, Plot 30 Kampala Road, this branch sits along one of Kampala’s oldest and most prominent commercial streets. Kampala Road is home to numerous retail shops, importers, and small businesses, making this branch a convenient touchpoint for SME clients who need quick access to banking services, forex transactions, and trade-related support while conducting business downtown.
4. Garden City Branch
Located inside the Garden City Shopping Mall, Plot 64/86 Yusuf Lule Road, this branch serves customers within one of Kampala’s well-known shopping and business hubs. Its position inside a mall makes it accessible to shoppers, mall-based business tenants, and professionals working in the surrounding Yusuf Lule Road commercial corridor, offering a more retail-oriented banking experience alongside everyday shopping activity.
5. Bweyogerere Branch
The Bweyogerere Branch is found at Plot 236, 1700 Kira Road, Bweyogerere, on the outskirts of Kampala along the busy Kampala–Jinja highway corridor. Bweyogerere is a rapidly growing trading and light-industrial area, and this branch primarily supports the many SMEs, transporters, and small manufacturers operating in and around this satellite commercial zone.
6. Kikuubo Branch
Positioned in the heart of Kampala’s wholesale trading district, the Kikuubo Branch is located at the Shamba Complex, Kyagwe Road, Kikuubo. Kikuubo is widely regarded as Uganda’s largest informal wholesale and import trading hub, packed with traders dealing in general merchandise, electronics, and consumer goods. Given CBUL’s SME focus, this branch plays a key role in serving the high-volume trading community that defines the area.
7. Bugolobi Branch
The Bugolobi Branch operates from Plot 1–5 Spring Road, Bugolobi, an upscale residential and increasingly commercial suburb east of Kampala’s city center. Bugolobi hosts a mix of corporate offices, industrial premises, and residential estates, and this branch caters to both individual customers in the area and businesses operating along the Spring Road industrial and commercial belt.
