Bank of Africa Uganda Limited (BOA Uganda) is one of the commercial banks licensed by the Bank of Uganda, the country’s central bank and banking regulator. The bank traces its roots to 1984, when it began operations as Sembule Investment Bank, before later becoming Allied Bank and eventually Bank of Africa (Uganda) Limited in 2006. Branch Details
1. Main Branch
BOA Uganda’s head office and flagship branch is located at the One Lugogo Building along Lugogo Bypass in Kampala’s central business district. The bank relocated here from its long-standing Jinja Road premises, officially opening the new head office in February 2024.
