The Kenya Clinical Officers Association (KCOA) is a professional society established in 1962 and formally registered under the Societies Act Cap 108 on July 9, 1981. Its primary mission is to promote continuous professional development and the welfare of its members through training, capacity building, advocacy, mobilization, and socio-economic empowerment. KCOA boasts a membership of approximately 5,000 clinical officers, with 3,000 serving in the public sector and 2,000 in the private sector.
