A Dependent's Pass is issued to spouses, children, and other qualifying dependants of foreign nationals who hold a valid Kenyan work permit, permanent residency, or are citizens of Kenya. It allows dependants to reside lawfully in Kenya for the duration of the principal holder's authorised stay. Applications are submitted through the eFNS portal.
Previously, the Dependent's Pass carried no processing fee; this changed under the 2024 immigration fee revision.
